Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
    • Develop and implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months
