As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and providing leadership for assigned clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, quality care to our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and provide leadership for assigned clinical operations, including staff leadership and contract management.
- Oversee the operational and administrative activities of clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- Foster an environment that empowers and supports individuals to provide safe, quality care, and ensures service contracts meet performance criteria.
- Develop and implement operating and capital budgets, review expenses, and establish action plans to achieve department objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, including recruitment, leadership development, and performance management.
- Represent the Department in third-party venues, investigate and respond to complaints or grievances, and establish effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic planning, clinical services development, and the development of short and long-term tactical clinical, operational, or service plans.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in health sciences or a related field, plus seven years' recent related experience, including two years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework, including Clear, Caring, and Courageous.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with demonstrated knowledge and ability in related clinical healthcare practice, education, and program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.
