Job Title: Registered Nurse

At St. Boniface Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs. This will include administering prescribed medical treatments, leading the healthcare team, and coordinating patient care and discharge.

Responsibilities
  • Provide independent nursing services to patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs.
  • Administer prescribed medical treatments and medications as ordered by physicians.
  • Lead the healthcare team in providing patient care and making decisions about patient care.
  • Coordinate patient care and discharge, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and their families.
  • Participate in professional associations and stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and research.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
  • Current CRNM registration.
  • Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM), is preferred.
