Plasterer Specialist

Best Way Constructions is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying successive coats of compound and sanding seams and joints to ensure a smooth finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate execution.
- Apply Plaster Coats: Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Clean and Prepare Surfaces: Clean and prepare surfaces for plaster application, ensuring a strong bond between the plaster and the surface.
- Cure Plastered Surfaces: Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure durability and longevity.
- Install Corner Beads and Wire Mesh: Install corner beads and wire mesh around beams to protect exterior corners and ensure a smooth finish.
- Estimate Costs and Materials: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 35 hours per week
