Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store appearance, including visual merchandising and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other store teams, including marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
