Position Overview:
This dynamic role requires individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, adhere to strict delivery timelines, and can operate with minimal oversight. You will acquire valuable skills by supporting various departments and develop as a leader within our growth-oriented culture. Position Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range: $24.98 per hour.
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time.
- Skill Level: Intermediate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery coordination.
- Verify details with guests and perform concierge tasks.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the manager on duty.
- Act as the manager on duty when scheduled.
- Perform all other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Team-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred (training will be provided).
- Eager to learn new skills and adaptable.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a time-sensitive delivery schedule.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Must be at least 18 years old and preferably possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
