Role Overview

Deliver assigned laboratory, practical, and simulation sessions, including online course delivery Evaluate and grade student submissions and examinations, offering constructive feedback Provide academic guidance and support to students as needed Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing quality enhancement and exhibit adaptability in methods to engage and assist students Encourage critical thinking, foster collaboration, and challenge conventional thought processes among students Participate in all facets of course and program assessment, evaluation, and enhancement Collaborate effectively with colleagues and the Academic Chair to ensure the highest quality educational experience

Required Qualifications

Diploma in Radiological Technology; a Bachelor's degree is considered an asset 3 to 5 years of demonstrated clinical experience and current knowledge in Radiological Technology, including expertise in CT, General Radiography, and Venipuncture Maintain registration in good standing with the CMRITO (College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities Current membership with CAMRT (Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists) is considered an asset
