We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Biryani Lounge. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, as well as package take-out food.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and replenish condiments and supplies.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, as well as remove kitchen garbage and trash.

Requirements: While experience is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate. A permanent position with 40 hours per week is available. English is the primary language of communication.
