Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Royal Garden. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Food Handling and Storage: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment:

As a Food Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure. You must be a team player with efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a client-focused attitude.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
Work Term:

Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
