Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Biryani Lounge. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the food counter, kitchen, and dining area.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions:

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a hot kitchen environment.

Language:

The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
