About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Country Ribbon Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people in a fast-paced poultry and egg production environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
