Responsibilities- Oversee the management of our poultry and egg production facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the poultry and egg production industry.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
