About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Store Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our store is always ready to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring store shelves are stocked and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards, ensuring a visually appealing shopping environment.
  • Accurately scan products and identify inventory needs to assist with ordering, ensuring seamless inventory management.
  • Set up company-directed promotions and programs, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Maintain department areas, ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment that meets health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • A team player with attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to multitask.
  • Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions, with a focus on providing solutions.
  • Motivated to learn new things and take on new challenges, with a growth mindset.
What We're Looking For
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules.
  • Able to move up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout your shift, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
