Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
  • Support the Store Management Team in generating sales, sign waving, and general housekeeping
  • Merchandise and maintain store displays
  • Operate POS systems and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with loss prevention and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 16
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours

Working Conditions:

The store you will be working with is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
