Job Summary:

The Education Specialist will provide pedagogical support to teachers on language programs and optional courses, as well as assist with course management, teaching strategies, and evaluation tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pedagogical support to teachers on language programs and optional courses;
  • Assist teachers with course management, teaching strategies, and evaluation tools;
  • Create or obtain required materials;
  • Visit various centres on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • First level university diploma in a specialized field;
  • Five years' relevant experience;
  • Good command of both French and English;
  • Skills in communication and facilitation in French and English;
  • Knowledge of MELS' programs and approach in relation to general education programs;
  • Experience in the Far North, an asset.
