Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager at Acosta, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Program Execution: Oversee the execution of programs and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and resolution of issues.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business results and provide insights to clients and stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Experience: 5+ years of account management or operations/management experience in a retail merchandising environment.
- Skills: Excellent relationship building skills, outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel, ability to work with finance contacts, and knowledge of the general retail landscape.
