Client Service Supervisor

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Supervisor to lead our team of care providers in delivering exceptional care to our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating services, supervising projects, and providing support to staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate services provided by the care team
- Supervise and organize projects within the support workers team
- Provide support to staff and clients, ensuring high-quality care and customer service
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care delivery and client satisfaction
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN or RPN
- Leadership experience in community care, preferably in Mississauga, Halton, and Central West regions
- Ability to drive and handle supervisory client visits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask conflicting priorities
