Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capitalize on e-Commerce/CNP/OMNI sales opportunities within assigned portfolios
  • Cross-sell and up-sell new solutions to existing and new merchants
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with portfolio managers and merchants
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to work with high-level executives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Suites and G-Suites, with a willingness to learn new technologies
