Customer Service Representative

Lifemark, a physiotherapy and rehab organization, seeks a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and faxes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to the office manager and clinic director, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Monitor and order office and clinic supplies to ensure a well-stocked and organized environment
  • Assist with photocopier and fax maintenance to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a medical clinic setting
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
  • Health-related educational background or certification an asset
