**Key Responsibilities:**
* Recruitment & Sourcing (70%):
\t* Source and pipeline candidates for all active roles
\t* Screen resumes and profiles to determine high-quality matches for each role
\t* Assess candidates' capability fit and values alignment
\t* Assist in the preparation for interviews, including scheduling, documentation, printing, and room set up
\t* Assist with the development and maintenance of job requisitions, position descriptions, and recruitment tooling
* People & Culture Administration (30%):
\t* Communicate team updates including new hires, departures, and promotions
\t* Administer the employee milestone, recognition, and Construction SWAG programs
\t* Maintain accurate training & development records for all employees
\t* Maintain reporting, including monthly and ad hoc reporting
\t* Administer bi-weekly payroll payments via ADP Workforce Now
**What You Bring to the Table:**
* 1-3 years of HR experience, with recruitment and/or sourcing experience preferred
* Exceptional attention to detail and organization
* Strong talent assessment capability
* Results-oriented with a sense of urgency
* Excellent time management skills
* Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
* Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, HR Technology)
* Post-secondary education in Business, Administration or Human Resources
