Job Summary
Ryder is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. You will also be responsible for negotiating and completing contractor hiring administrative processes, as well as onboarding new contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for various positions
- Interview and select candidates for contractor positions
- Negotiate and complete contractor hiring administrative processes
- Onboard new contractors and ensure a smooth transition
- Develop and maintain relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
- Provide recruitment updates and market conditions affecting contractor recruitment to the management team
Requirements
- Two (2) years or more experience in full life-cycle recruiting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
- Demonstrates customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) at an intermediate level
