Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan. As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will work closely with our Human Resource Business Partners to deliver high-quality organizational development consulting services to senior management in client ministries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support enterprise-wide organizational development initiatives/projects intended to improve organizational effectiveness;
  • Provide expertise, guidance and advice to senior management, as well as to HR Business Partners, to build their capacity in order to determine the areas of organizational development required to improve organizational effectiveness;
  • Work to continuously build the organizational development capacity of self, as well as clients and of colleagues across the organization, particularly in the areas of organization design, employee engagement, organizational culture, organization diagnosis, executive team development, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree specializing in human resource management or a related field;
  • Progressive work experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field;
  • Demonstrated strength in organization development practices, principles and models; consulting; building capacity in others; facilitation; working in a team; clear communication; and a commitment to continuously developing skills and abilities;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse client base to promote organizational best practice;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
