Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Disbursement Control Agent to join our team at Desjardins. As a key member of our disbursement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of disbursements while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement disbursement roadmaps, validating guarantees and ensuring timely completion of disbursement processes.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to prepare activity plans for BBO SSC to handle disbursement, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.

  • Finalize files by archiving and following up on missing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Stay up-to-date with current policies, practices, and standards governing the distribution of financial products and services, ensuring compliance and adherence.

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of French is required
