Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1727540 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct and train cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to meet the needs of our guests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams and achieving exceptional results
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food preparation, presentation, and safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
