Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Mango Tree. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our culinary standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our standards of excellence.
  • Ensure that all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to ensure that we remain within budget.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
