Job Title: Flour Milling Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flour Milling Team Supervisor to join our team at P & H Milling Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our flour milling team, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality flour products. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of flour milling operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the flour milling team, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality flour products.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of our operations.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a flour milling or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Deep understanding of flour milling operations, including safety procedures and quality control measures.
  • Ability to prepare accurate and detailed reports, and to analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
