We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to join our team at Aptitude Technologies. As a key member of our programming team, you will be responsible for leading the development of various internal and external projects, primarily focusing on the ERPNext management software package.

As a leader, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the success of multiple companies by improving their daily operations. You will also have the chance to build personalized and creative applications within the Frappe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proper functioning of ERPNext installations under our responsibility
  • Customize the software package according to customer needs
  • Develop and implement new features for customers and the ERPNext community
  • Develop and maintain personalized applications linked to the Frappe environment
  • Provide high-level support for software package usage
  • Monitor internal and external projects surrounding the ERPNext management software package

Requirements:

  • Full-stack developer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience with ERPNext/Frappe
  • In-depth understanding of the Frappe framework, REST APIs, and web technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
  • Experience with Docker
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure platforms
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune)
  • Bilingualism (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of Linux operating system
  • Excellent knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL languages
  • Experience with management software packages other than ERPNext
