Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and energetic Retail Sales Associates (Skin Care Coaches) to join our growing team. As a Skin Care Coach, you will be responsible for coaching our guests into personalized skin care training programs and supporting our Skin Care Trainers throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach guests into personalized skin care training programs
  • Support Skin Care Trainers throughout the day
  • Connect with regular guests and build relationships with new guests
  • Set personal goals with managers and trainers
  • Take responsibility for learning other areas of the company

Requirements

  • Energetic individuals with retail experience and a passion for skin care
  • Innovative trouble-shooters who think on their feet and provide customer-oriented solutions
  • Frontline motivators who continuously coach their team to meet goals and exceed expectations
  • Strong communicators who fill our books with facials and precisely implement marketing and promotion efforts
