Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with customers and providing them with expert advice on our latest mobile devices and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Sell mobile phones and plans from leading carriers, including Bell, Virgin Plus, Lucky, Rogers, Fido, and Chatr Mobile
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Availability to work full-time, including weekends and evenings
