About the Role

Fruiticana is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
