Position Overview:Role: Bilingual Associate Analyst, Commercial Servicing
Reporting To: Associate Director and Team Lead, Commercial Servicing

Your Contributions:- Gather and analyze financial data to ensure compliance with loan criteria, including reviewing documents such as rent rolls and operating statements.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial mortgages, ensuring all conditions are met to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Utilize knowledge of commercial lending and underwriting processes to make informed recommendations.
- Evaluate property insurance renewals and other related documents, providing insights to senior management.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and service standards while responding to inquiries from clients and investors.
- Collaborate effectively with borrowers, consultants, and legal representatives to ensure timely processing of documentation.
- Apply analytical skills to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Participate in special projects as directed by management.
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering requirements where applicable.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant work experience in Financial Services or Mortgages, particularly in commercial lending, is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Office-based role with potential for high-volume workloads.
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing client interactions.
