Key Responsibilities- Analyze large datasets using advanced analytical tools to uncover trends, automation opportunities, and process improvements.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses for project launches to examine performance, identify areas for improvement, and gather insights for future enhancements.
- Perform data testing and validation on new data before project launch to ensure accuracy for continuous monitoring.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on data analysis and recommended actions during project initiation and monitoring phases.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis roles, with a strong background in SQL and SAS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Effective engagement and presentation skills at all management levels.
