Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team at Lifemark Gladstone Physiotherapy. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on manipulation to the body's tissues, including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints, to help decrease pain and improve mobility.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Work collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a diverse and stable caseload with the flexibility to integrate pre-existing clients.
  • Network to promote Lifemark's RMT programs.

Requirements:

  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Registered Massage Therapists.
  • Experience treating clients in an outpatient setting is an asset, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
