Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Massage Therapist to join our clinical team. As a Massage Therapist at Active Approach, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing individualized care and treatment plans to help them achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with a range of health conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, headaches, and low back/neck pain.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including chiropractors and physiotherapists, to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with clinical and administrative standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including continuing education and training, to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and administrative staff.
  • Strong clinical acuity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess, treat, and educate patients confidently and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
  • Passion for learning and self-development, with a desire to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
