About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Massage Therapist to join our clinical team at Active Approach Health & Wellness Centre. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to maximize clinical knowledge and treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized massage therapy treatments to clients, taking into account their specific needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of tension and pain, and develop effective treatment plans to address these issues.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare providers, including chiropractors and physiotherapists, to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client treatments and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices in massage therapy.

Requirements:

  • Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Passion for providing patient-centered care and achieving optimal patient outcomes.
