We are seeking a skilled and licensed Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at Active Approach Health & Wellness Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage therapy services to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide massage therapy services to clients, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and other modalities.
  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Work with clients to establish and maintain a safe and comfortable treatment environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
