About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and effective Human Resources Generalist to support our human resources activities, events, and programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building employee engagement and employer branding to promote productivity, talent retention, and company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to implement integrated people strategies that ensure a sustainable high-performing workforce.
  • Develop and manage recognition programs that celebrate our commitment to quality and service.
  • Organize and champion employee appreciation events, initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Build relationships with employees to understand their needs and recommend new approaches to generate employee engagement, culture, and morale.
  • Develop innovative systems and processes that are easily scalable and will benefit the growth trajectory of the company.
  • Work with colleagues to learn and promote various HR portfolios.
  • Become a subject matter expert on multiple HR systems and related platforms.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Skills in event planning, communication, and creating amazing workplace cultures.
  • Ability to inspire, engage, and motivate teams to achieve results and success.
  • Self-motivated, focused, and detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals.
