We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at SK Immigration. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the analysis of data and information.
Key Responsibilities- Budget and Expenditure Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, including professional staff, program leaders, and instructors.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communication: Plan, develop, and implement communication strategies to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and a team player attitude.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
