- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and implement cost-saving measures.
- Recruit and train new kitchen staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
- Maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including budget and cost estimates.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient kitchen operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment or fast food outlet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management and cost control.
