About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at 7132344 Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 16-20 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
    • Establish clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for the team, and monitor progress to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
    • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's budget, forecasting revenue, and controlling expenses to achieve profitability targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to feedback, and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless operations and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
