About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at QILA BAR & Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and productivity.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the management of restaurant inventory, supplies, and equipment.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Monitor and address customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Make informed decisions about pricing, menu offerings, and promotions.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
