About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Dancyn Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective management of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgetary Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to optimize restaurant profits
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery
    • Monitor and evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
    • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure high standards are met
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive business growth and profitability
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 30-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to stand for extended periods.
