Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized food counter, and assisting with food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized food counter, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at the food counter and serving areas.
  • Package take-out food and ensure that all food is properly labeled and stored.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
Work Conditions:

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity is essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
