About the Role

Accoravillage is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to lead our portfolio of A Class office assets in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Leadership: Lead a multi-disciplinary team to achieve desired standards of quality and performance in administration, financial management, operations, maintenance, marketing, and reporting.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service with a strong focus on hospitality, customer experience, and service excellence.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance to achieve profitability and performance targets for both the property and the business enterprise.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong and collaborative relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors.
  • ESG Initiatives: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the company's ESG initiatives affecting the portfolio.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate HSE program throughout the portfolio.
  • Business Growth: Build collaborative relationships throughout the local and national industry in support of business growth and retention.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Commercial Real Estate Experience: A minimum of ten years commercial real estate management experience, with increasing accountabilities.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and hospitality orientation, with the ability to maintain strong relationships.
  • Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of financial statements, and contract law.
  • Communication Skills: Command of the English language with superior written and oral communication, and computer literacy skills.
  • Education: A post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance, with demonstrated career certification as a CPM, RPA, or equivalent.
  • Licenses and Certifications: The relevant Provincial real estate license or the willingness to acquire it within one year of employment.
