About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Activities Leader at Centre de santé communautaire du Témiskaming. As an Activities Leader, you will play a key role in planning and implementing community health programs and activities that promote healthy lifestyles and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement community health programs and activities that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the organization's programs and services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with the team to plan and deliver programs and activities, and communicate effectively with participants and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. health sciences, community development).
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
