Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans for platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube to boost brand recognition and interaction. Create engaging content, manage posting schedules, and respond to audience inquiries promptly. Analyze engagement metrics to refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Email Campaign Management: Craft, design, and distribute monthly newsletters aimed at B2B clients to keep them informed about our offerings. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of email campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to enhance performance.
  • Marketing Data Oversight: Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and completeness. Utilize spreadsheet tools to analyze data, generate insightful reports, and support marketing initiatives. Develop and revise marketing operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Business Marketing Collaboration: Assist in the formulation and execution of effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Website Management: Conduct regular audits and updates on the company website to ensure accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with management to address technical issues and implement necessary improvements.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate marketing events, including webinars and client meetings. Manage logistics such as venue bookings and material preparation while tracking budgets to ensure adherence to financial constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the oil & gas or energy sectors.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing positions is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, particularly on LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and email marketing tools.
