Expected Salary Range: $72, $90, $113,490.00

Our hiring range typically varies +/- 5% from the midpoint stated above.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Capability Manager of Software Development, the Lead Software Integration Analyst is responsible for delivering expert integration services and solutions. This role involves proactively addressing complex technical challenges and employing innovative approaches in the development and implementation of solutions. The Lead Software Integration Analyst serves as a consultative partner, providing insights, analysis, and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts development and analysis within a multi-vendor service environment.
  • Collaborates with other technical professionals as part of an Agile Product Delivery Team.
  • Works alongside business and IT personnel to incorporate new requirements into software solutions.
  • Engages with vendors and internal QA teams to coordinate testing and user acceptance processes.
  • Delivers technical solutions for projects and reviews design documents from vendors.
  • May assume a technical leadership role on significant integration projects.
  • Collaborates with architecture team members to create technical specifications and requirements.
  • Works closely with other technology groups to provide analysis, expertise, and development on enterprise solutions.
  • Offers application support for enterprise integration solutions.
  • Provides estimates and expertise for business cases during planning cycles.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree or certification in Computer Science or equivalent experience;
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a programming/analysis environment, with a minimum of three years at a programmer/analyst level;
  • Experience managing large projects with extensive integration;
  • Familiarity with the implementation and maintenance of large systems is advantageous;
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in programming languages: Java Spring Boot, .Net Framework (including C#, ASP.NET), Java/J2EE, SQL, XML, HTML;
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices;
  • Knowledge of Middleware technologies: Tibco Businessworks, JMS, WebServices, SOAP, REST;
  • Familiarity with databases: Microsoft SQL Server;
  • Experience with automation tools: Jenkins Pipeline, CICD;
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies: OpenShift, Docker;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows systems and system administration is a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Exceptional time management capabilities.
