We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to contribute to our expanding fintech team. As a Senior Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include the design, implementation, deployment, and management of complex backend systems that facilitate our integrations.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
  • Develop features in an agile environment utilizing Scala (no prior experience necessary) and tools such as GCP, OpenAPI, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.
  • Determine the optimal approach to constructing core systems within our microservices architecture.
  • Deliver your initial code within days, iterating on features in an agile manner.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Ability to introduce leading industry practices and technologies.

  • Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams alongside Product Managers, Data Scientists, Frontend Engineers, and other skilled professionals.

  • Previous experience with cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with Scala and its libraries (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Background in travel or eCommerce sectors.
