The Product Integrity Systems team is dedicated to designing and managing the global product integrity framework to enhance product value for customers while mitigating brand risks.

They function as the global hub for policy, data, document management, and internal auditing for all Product Integrity teams.

The Senior Analyst is a highly analytical individual who is enthusiastic about data that supports product compliance and chemical testing through advanced analytical tools.

This role involves collaboration with an analytics team focused on Chemicals Management, working alongside technology, product management, and all product functions from design and development to sourcing, fulfillment, merchandising, planning, and allocation.

The Senior Analyst will be tasked with producing executive-level deliverables, developing analytical methodologies, creating sophisticated data models, communicating operational metrics to stakeholders, representing business requirements to technology and product management, and conducting user acceptance testing as needed.

In collaboration with colleagues, the Senior Analyst will advocate for best practices regarding data standards, policies, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating monthly, weekly, daily, and ad-hoc reports for leadership and cross-functional partners related to product compliance and chemical testing.
  • Compiling chemical test results alongside other business performance metrics for presentation in Power BI or PowerPoint as necessary for Product and Supply Chain.
  • Extracting and cleansing data from various sources to perform operational, strategic, and exploratory analyses that support strategies, projects, and self-service reporting tools.
  • Implementing data accuracy strategies, including validation, cross-referencing with other sources, and utilizing error detection tools.
  • Executing global product integrity reporting standards and data governance strategies.
  • Submitting business requirements to technology/product management, conducting testing, and providing user acceptance testing notes.
  • Assisting in data collection and the creation of monthly operational reports and presentations for executive review.
  • Fostering collaboration with team members and cross-functional teams to share knowledge, documentation, and align on new solutions or advance projects.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in data analytics, data modeling, and reporting, preferably within a retail or supply chain context.
  • Expertise in Excel, Power BI, SQL, database management, data modeling, and database structures; adept at determining appropriate data visualizations tailored to audience needs when presenting findings to leadership.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and prioritize people.
