Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Kore Software is seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Analyst to become a vital member of our Product Development Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing the excellence and prompt delivery of Kore Software's offerings. Reporting to a QA technical lead, you will work closely with the product team to devise and execute innovative testing methodologies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate business requirements and develop thorough testing plans.
  • Enhance overall product quality through effective testing strategies.
  • Assess and propose improvements to development and testing workflows.
  • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Oversee weekly product launches.
  • Manage test environments and conduct manual testing.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects.
Required Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Minimum of 3 years in manual software testing.
  • Experience in formulating complex Test Cases and Test Strategies.
  • Expertise in manual API and web application testing.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in performance testing.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
